How to make it
- In a medium skillet, brown sausage over medium-high heat until no longer pink --
- Break links into small pieces while cooking.
- Reduce heat to medium, stir in flour.
- Cook and stir 2 minutes.
- Slowly whisk in evaporated milk and 2-percent milk.
- Continue cooking until desired thickness.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve gravy over warm biscuits.
