Purslane with Bacon and Vinegar

- bunches of purslane shopping list
- slices of bacon shopping list
- garlic shopping list
- vinegar shopping list
- salt shopping list
- pepper shopping list
- water shopping list
How to make it
- Cook the purslane with water for 10 mnt or until its crisp
- add a pinch of salt
- bake the slices of bacon with the garlic
- add a bit vinegar to the bacon, not much!
- be gentle with the salt because of the bacon
- strain the purslane, add the bacon on top and sprinkle drops of vinegar over it.
