How to make it

  • Cook the purslane with water for 10 mnt or until its crisp
  • add a pinch of salt
  • bake the slices of bacon with the garlic
  • add a bit vinegar to the bacon, not much!
  • be gentle with the salt because of the bacon
  • strain the purslane, add the bacon on top and sprinkle drops of vinegar over it.
