Ham Quiches

- pastry dough shopping list
- 1(2-1/4oz) Can deviled ham shopping list
- 1 Tablespoon seasoned Breadcrumbs shopping list
- 3oz Process gruyere cheese,grated shopping list
- 3 Tablespoons Sliced stuffed green olives shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 1/2 Cup Half and Half shopping list
- salt shopping list
- pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Have your oven at 400 degrees.
- Mix in small bowl,the deviled ham and breadcrumbs.
- Roll out the pastry dough to about 1/8" thick,cut into rounds to fill over the outside of muffin cups,trim edge.
- Place upside down on baking sheet,bake for 8 to 10 minutes.
- Reduce oven to 375 degrees.
- Cool shells slightly,remove shells from muffin cups,and place the baked shells on a baking sheet.
- Carefully spoon ham mixture in the bottom of shells.
- Top with the grated gruyere cheese,then sliced olives.
- In a small bowl,beat egg,half and half,salt and pepper,whisk until combined.
- Pour egg mixture over olives in the pastry shells.
- Bake 15 to 16 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
- Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
- Serves 6

- His way of having quiche for supper...was go ahead and make it.
- Put it in a hot oven,bake it...and in the mean time get out the biggest steak ,slap it in the fry pan,cook until done...eat it.
- As for the quiche just let it bake on,but otherwise,pay it no mind.
