How to make it

  • Have your oven at 400 degrees.
  • Mix in small bowl,the deviled ham and breadcrumbs.
  • Roll out the pastry dough to about 1/8" thick,cut into rounds to fill over the outside of muffin cups,trim edge.
  • Place upside down on baking sheet,bake for 8 to 10 minutes.
  • Reduce oven to 375 degrees.
  • Cool shells slightly,remove shells from muffin cups,and place the baked shells on a baking sheet.
  • Carefully spoon ham mixture in the bottom of shells.
  • Top with the grated gruyere cheese,then sliced olives.
  • In a small bowl,beat egg,half and half,salt and pepper,whisk until combined.
  • Pour egg mixture over olives in the pastry shells.
  • Bake 15 to 16 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
  • Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
  • Serves 6

  • Put it in a hot oven,bake it...and in the mean time get out the biggest steak ,slap it in the fry pan,cook until done...eat it.
  • As for the quiche just let it bake on,but otherwise,pay it no mind.
