Ingredients

Whole Chicken: Boiled, drained, skined and pulled from the bone.

small onion = chop and boil with chicken.

4 med size potatos: peeled, cut up and boiled

4 med size carrots: peeled, Cut up and boiled

bag of frozen peas

2 cans cream chicken soup

2 paks deepdish pie crusts. (each pak shld have 2 crusts in each)

salt & pepper to taste

Directions

Boil chicken and onion. Save broth.

boil potatos & carrots in broth.

set aside

In large mixing bowl add:

Chicken

onion, mix

potatos, mix

carrots, mix

frozen peas, mix some more

cream chicken soup

mix well to coat all ingredients, add some broth if its to thick.

salt & pepper to taste

Spoon into 2 of the pie crusts.

flip other pie crust on top of filled crust, pinch edges with fingers.

bake in 350 oven for 1 hour.

That's a LOT of chicken pot pie....do you know if it freezes well? I've never been big on freezing dishes but often think I should have learned the techniques!
