Its a Chicken Pot Pie. Need I say more? :o) This receipe makes 2 pies.

Ingredients
- Whole Chicken: Boiled, drained, skined and pulled from the bone.
- small onion = chop and boil with chicken.
- 4 med size potatos: peeled, cut up and boiled
- 4 med size carrots: peeled, Cut up and boiled
- bag of frozen peas
- 2 cans cream chicken soup
- 2 paks deepdish pie crusts. (each pak shld have 2 crusts in each)
- salt & pepper to taste
Directions
- Boil chicken and onion. Save broth.
- boil potatos & carrots in broth.
- set aside
- In large mixing bowl add:
- Chicken
- onion, mix
- potatos, mix
- carrots, mix
- frozen peas, mix some more
- cream chicken soup
- mix well to coat all ingredients, add some broth if its to thick.
- salt & pepper to taste
- Spoon into 2 of the pie crusts.
- flip other pie crust on top of filled crust, pinch edges with fingers.
- bake in 350 oven for 1 hour.

That's a LOT of chicken pot pie....do you know if it freezes well? I've never been big on freezing dishes but often think I should have learned the techniques!
