Roasted Veal Chops with Grapes

- 1lb.seedless red grapes shopping list
- 3Tbs sherry vinegar shopping list
- 21/2 Tbs unsalted butter,softened shopping list
- 1/2tspsugar shopping list
- salt and fresh ground pepper shopping list
- 4 1" thick veal rib chops(about 1/2lb. each) shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 500. On a sturdy rimmed baking sheet,toss the grapes with the vinegar,11/2Tbs of the butter and the sugar;season with salt and pepper.
- Roast about 10 mins.,shaking the baking sheet halfway through,until the grapes are hot and the pan is sizzling.
- Rub the veal chops with remaining 1Tbs of butter and season with salt and epper. Push the grapes to one side of te baking sheet. Add the veal chops and roast for about 5 mins,or until sizzling underneath. Turn chops and roast for 5 mins. longer foe med-rare meat. Transfer chops to a platter,scrape te grapes and juices on top and serve.
