How to make it

  • *Use freshly grated cheese …Asiago cheese works well too.
  • If you have one of those multi use chopper/mixer things, then use that as
  • it’s so much easier. Just throw all the ingredients in the mixer and mix it
  • until it’s almost puree’d. Then just put it in an oven proof dish and heat
  • through. Serve with crackers, breadsticks, rice crackers…whatever you have.
  • If you don’t have one of those chopper/mixer thingys, then you’ll have to
  • chop the artichokes up by hand. You can also use a blender to mix the
  • ingredients together.
