artichoke dip

- 1 cup mayo shopping list
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese * (see note) shopping list
- 1 can artichoke hearts drained shopping list
- 2 cloves garlic minced shopping list
How to make it
- *Use freshly grated cheese …Asiago cheese works well too.
- If you have one of those multi use chopper/mixer things, then use that as
- it’s so much easier. Just throw all the ingredients in the mixer and mix it
- until it’s almost puree’d. Then just put it in an oven proof dish and heat
- through. Serve with crackers, breadsticks, rice crackers…whatever you have.
- If you don’t have one of those chopper/mixer thingys, then you’ll have to
- chop the artichokes up by hand. You can also use a blender to mix the
- ingredients together.
