these are a realy nice take on the normal side dish the baked potato. It is so quick to make!

Ingredients
  • 4 potatos, quartered with skin
  • 50g melted butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon cajan pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garfic powder
  • parsley, chopped
  • chives, chopped

Directions
  1. Add the herbs to the melted butter and mix
  2. Coat the potatos in the butter and herbs, so that they are completely covered
  3. Place on tray abd cook at 180C until cooked (for me that was 20m)
