How to make it

  • In a large bowl,combine beans,pepper,corn and edamame. In a small bowl,or a jar,combine vinegar,oil,garlic and seasonings. WWhisk together ,or in a jar cover and shake. Pour over veggie mixture and stir. Season to taste. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours,or up to a day. Before serving,check to see if more seasoning is needed.
