  • Instructions for Orange and Ginger Chicken:
  • Rub the chicken breasts with a mixture of the orange and ginger rind.
  • Heat the oil in frying pan and add the chicken to brown. Remove chicken and place in a casserole dish.
  • Fry the mushrooms in the pan with fresh cruched garlic and the cashew nuts, add 1 glass of white wine and pour this over the chicken.
  • Bake the chicken for 20 minutes.
  • Best served with creamed potatoes, rice or pasta and a salad.
