How to make it

  • Cut the nectarine and appricot into small pieces
  • Cut the bread in to small pieces
  • cook the onion in the butter till soft
  • add mushrooms and poultry seasoning
  • then add fruit, add bread last to make the stuffing
  • Take the breast and butterfly it to make it flat
  • coat with butter and oil
  • sprinkle salt, pepper on the inside before you fill
  • Then stuff and tie it.
  • Place on pan that has been sprayed with no stick spray
  • Coat with olive oil, salt, pepper and cook
  • I cook it at 350 for 50min
  • Remove from heat and cover with foil. Let sit for 10-15min enjoy
  • Serve with a nice salad or any of your favoret side. :)
