Ingredients
  • .880gr turkey breast
  • 1 appricot
  • 1 nectarine
  • 1/2 a cranberry baguette( bread)
  • 1/2 can sliced mushrooms with 1/2 The liquid
  • 1/2 large onion
  • 2 tbls butter
  • olive oil
  • salt/ pepper to taste
  • poultry seasoning

Directions
  1. Chop the onion and cook in the butter till soft
  2. Cut the nectarine and appricot into small pieces
  3. Cut the bread in to small pieces
  4. put salt, pepper and poultry seasoning into butter
  5. then add fruit, mushrooms all together add bread last to make the stuffing
  6. Take the breast and butterfly it to make it flat
  7. Salt, pepper and poultry seasoning on the inside before you fill
  8. Then stuff and tie it.
  9. Place on pan that has been sprayed with no stick spray
  10. Coat with olive oil, salt, pepper and cook
  11. I cook it at 350 for 70min
  12. Remove from heat and cover with foil. Let sit for 10-15min enjoy
  13. Serve with a nice salad or any of your favoret side. :)
