Oyster Artichoke Soup

Great on a cold fall evening, elegant enough to serve to guests!
Ingredients
- 1 stick butter shopping list
- 1 onion, chopped shopping list
- 1 bunch shallots, chopped shopping list
- 1/2 bunch parsley, chopped shopping list
- 2 Tablespoons flour shopping list
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup shopping list
- 1 pint oysters shopping list
- 1 cup liquid from oysters (use bottled clam juice if not enough juice to make 1 cup of liquid) shopping list
- 1 package frozen artichoke hearts shopping list
How to make it
- Melt butter, saute onion, shallots and parsley. Stir in flour. Add mushroom soup, oyster liquid and artichoke hearts. Add oysters just before serving. Cook until oysters curl.
