How to make it

  • Flour the chicken thighs and saute them in a small amount of oil. Place in casserole dish. Flour the mushrooms and saute them in oil. Place the mushrooms over the chicken thighs. Drain the artichoke hearts and place them over the mushrooms. Add wine to drippings in pan to make gravy (add water if needed). Pour over casserole and bake at 350* for 1 hour.

    I made this tonight for dinner. Thumbs up from my husband. It was very nice and simple, which we like. Next time I might make more of the wine sauce...we're saucy folk. ;)
