How to make it

  • set oven to 280 C
  • grease a small cake pan
  • peel and grate apple
  • rub butter into flour
  • add dry ingrediants, mix
  • add in egg, mix then gradually mix in milk but DO NOT over mix
  • mix in apple, pour mixture into cake pan cook for 25-30 minutes or untill springs back when lightly toughed
  • cool in pan for 5 minutes then transfer onto cooling rack
