this is a nice easy healthy dessert to make that every one will love

Ingredients
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tbs cocoa
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 180 ml milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 cup self raising flour
  • 1/2 or 1 small apple (grated, peeled)
  • 1/2 cup butter

Directions
  1. set oven to 280 C
  2. grease a small cake pan
  3. peel and grate apple
  4. rub butter into flour
  5. add dry ingrediants, mix
  6. add in egg, mix then gradually mix in milk but DO NOT over mix
  7. mix in apple, pour mixture into cake pan cook for 25-30 minutes or untill springs back when lightly toughed
  8. cool in pan for 5 minutes then transfer onto cooling rack
