How to make it

  • In a large pot,bring 10 cups water to boil.
  • Add red beans and remove from heat.Let soak 1 hour.
  • Add Rice and tangerine peel to beans.
  • Bring to a boil,reduce heat to low,cover,and simmer until beans break up,about 2 hours.
  • Add sugar,stir to dissolve, and serve hot or cold.
