incredibly simple to prepare yet never fails to impress, cheap and chearful, haveent come accross anybody yet who doesnt like it

Ingredients
  • 1 packet of chicken breasts(4 or 5 pieces) boneless skinless
  • 1 liter of friut juice, eg tropical friut, mango and orang, apricot
  • 1 packet of chicken soup powder

Directions
  1. fry chicken pieces in a little oil till browned
  2. mix soup powder with fruit juice in a bowl
  3. place chicken pieces in a shallow oven proof dish
  4. pour mixture of juice and soup powder over chicken
  5. bake in oven for about an hour at +/- 350
