How to make it

  • Fry vegs. sugar, salt and pepper in oil for 1 minute stirring briskly.
  • Add stock, cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
  • combine cornflour, soya sauce and 4 tbsp water and add to veg. mixture to thicken.
  • Add chicken and cook 5 - 10 minutes.Serve with noodles or rice and garnish with nuts
