How to make it

  • Saute vegetables till tender, add beans (refried in oil) and salsa. Put vegetable mixture into 10 large tortilla wraps, roll up, lay them in a flat baking dish, cover with grated cheddar cheese (optional). bake in oven at 350 deg F till cheese is bubbly.
  • Serve with hot sauce and sour cream, enjoy!
