R.C. stands for refrigerator cleaner. If you have a bit of this and a little of that you can add some store bought sauce and create a one-of-a-kind meal.

Ingredients
  • 2 cups of dry pasta cooked
  • 2-TBS cooking oil
  • 1/2 lb of chopped chicken breast or whatever you have on hand
  • 1 medium onion sliced
  • 1 bell pepper sliced
  • 1/3 cup sweet and sour sauce
  • 2-TBS terriyaki sauce
  • 1 bag frozen veggies or whatever you have
  • pinch of salt and pepper

Directions
  1. Place a large skillet or wok on medium high heat
  2. Sprinkle chicken with a little salt and pepper to taste
  3. Place chicken in skilette and cook until done
  4. Remove chicken from pan and set aside
  5. Add onion and peppers to pan and cook until slightly limp but crunchy
  6. Add vegetables to pan and cook for about 3 min
  7. Add chicken, pasta and sauces and stir for about 2 min.
  8. Remove from heat and serve hot
