How to make it

  • In a large frypan, heat oil.
  • Add celery, onion, mushroom stems, turkey bacon, and green pepper.
  • Saute for 5-10 minutes until vegetables are soft.
  • Reduce heat to low; add cream and cheese. Stir until cheese melts.
  • Add cooked rice; remove from heat.
  • Place mushroom caps on greased baking sheet.
  • Stuff each cap with 1 tablespoon of filling.
  • Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
  • Bake in a preheated 375 degree oven for 30 minutes.
  • ENJOY!!

    Looks good. Hubby and I love stuffed mushrooms. The ones from Costco are perfect for them. I like that you used turkey bacon to cut down on the saturated fat, although with heavy cream and swiss cheese it probably doesn't matter a whole lot.lol Will give them a try. Thanks.
