Nice bread roll suitable for packed lunch

Ingredients
  • Long bread roll - cheesy, crusty, sesame seeded or plain
  • margarine
  • corn relish
  • lettuce leaves frilly or iceberg etc
  • half colby cheese slice
  • slice cucumber
  • slice tomato
  • sliced cooked chicken breast
  • egg and mayonnaise mixed
  • alphalpha sprouts (or similar)
  • beetroot slice
  • red pepper, red onion, parsley to garnish

Directions
  1. Slice the bread lengthwise
  2. Lightly butter with margarine
  3. Spread with corn relish
  4. Layer lettuce leaves
  5. Add following :
  6. Cheese sliced into triangles
  7. cucumber slice
  8. Tomato slice (in halves)
  9. Sliced cooked chicken breast
  10. Egg mixture
  11. Sprouts
  12. Beetroot slice
  13. garnish with pepper, onion, parsley or similar
