How to make it

  • Put tenderloin in bag
  • Pour Mojo marinade to cover
  • Seal and marinade in refrigerator for 6 hours to overnight
  • Set up grill for indirect grilling ( coals or gas under 1/2 of grill)
  • Place tenderloin over side of grill without heat ( coals )
  • Turn occasionally. Ready when instant read thermometer reaches 160 degrees
  • Put over heat to make grill marks
  • Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
