How to make it

  • Soak the bittermelon in water with 1 tsp of salt for 10 mins .
  • Heat 1 tbsp olive oil .
  • Squeeze the melon and add into the pan .
  • Stir fry on high heat until the vegetables looks bright in colour .
  • Stir in the egg white and reamove from fire .
