Strawberry Margarita Pie Recipe

How to make it

  • Cook time is chill time
  • Crust
  • Combine all ingredients and mix well
  • Press mixture firmly into bottom of ungreased 8 or 9 in. pie pan Refrigerate
  • Filling
  • Add sweetened condensed milk, lime juice, tequila and triple sec to mixing bowl and with hand mixer, beat on low until smooth
  • Add strawberries and beat still on low speed until well blended
  • Fold in 1 cup of cool whip
  • Pour over crust
  • Freeze at least 6 hours
  • Let sit at room temperature 15 minutes before serving
  • Garnish with dollop of cool whip and strawberries
  • Store in the freezer
