Strawberry Margarita Pie

- Crust shopping list
- 1 1/4 cups pretzels, finely crushed shopping list
- 1/4 cup sugar shopping list
- 1/2 cup butter, melted shopping list
- Filling shopping list
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 oz.) shopping list
- 1/4 cup lime juice, fresh shopping list
- 2 tbls. tequila (or more, teehee) shopping list
- 2 tbls. triple sec shopping list
- 1 pkg. frozen strawberries with syrup, thawed (10 oz.) shopping list
- 1 container Cool Whip, divided shopping list
- Whole strawberries, for garnish shopping list
How to make it
- Cook time is chill time
- Crust
- Combine all ingredients and mix well
- Press mixture firmly into bottom of ungreased 8 or 9 in. pie pan Refrigerate
- Filling
- Add sweetened condensed milk, lime juice, tequila and triple sec to mixing bowl and with hand mixer, beat on low until smooth
- Add strawberries and beat still on low speed until well blended
- Fold in 1 cup of cool whip
- Pour over crust
- Freeze at least 6 hours
- Let sit at room temperature 15 minutes before serving
- Garnish with dollop of cool whip and strawberries
- Store in the freezer
