Pumpkin Custard Cake

- 1 pkg. yellow cake mix shopping list
- 1 1/3 c. water shopping list
- 3 eggs shopping list
- 2 c. pumpkin pie mix shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 1/2 c. boiling water shopping list
How to make it
- Prehet oven 350 degrees.
- Combine cake mix, water and 3 eggs in large mixing bowl, prepare according to package directions.
- Spoon into a greased 13 x 9 x 2 1/2 baking dish or pan.
- Set aside.
- Combine pumpkin mix with remaining eggs, mix well.
- Spread evenly over batter in pan. Pour boiling water over all.
- Don't stir.
- Bake 40 - 45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
- Can be served with whipped cream topping.
