Pumpkin Custard Cake Recipe

How to make it

  • Prehet oven 350 degrees.
  • Combine cake mix, water and 3 eggs in large mixing bowl, prepare according to package directions.
  • Spoon into a greased 13 x 9 x 2 1/2 baking dish or pan.
  • Set aside.
  • Combine pumpkin mix with remaining eggs, mix well.
  • Spread evenly over batter in pan. Pour boiling water over all.
  • Don't stir.
  • Bake 40 - 45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
  • Can be served with whipped cream topping.
