Mesquite Apple Nut Muffin

The best muffins you will ever taste. The mesquite adds a wonderful kind of cinnamon chocolate taste.
Ingredients
- 2 Tbs Mesquite flour shopping list
- 1/2 cup whole wheat flour shopping list
- 1/2 cup oat bran flour shopping list
- 1/2 tsp baking soda shopping list
- 1/2 tsp salt shopping list
- 1/3 cup agave nectar shopping list
- 1/8 cup coconut oil - unrefined shopping list
- 1 tsp vanilla shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 1 apple cut shopping list
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts shopping list
- 1/3 cup vanilla rice milk or reg milk shopping list
How to make it
- Set oven at 350
- mix all three flours in a bowl with baking soda, salt, chopped walnuts
- mix in an bowl 2 eggs slightly beaten, vanilla, milk, coconut oil, agave nectar, apple
- mix both bowl ingredients together
- oil cup cake tray with coconut oil helps remove muffin from tray easier
