The best muffins you will ever taste. The mesquite adds a wonderful kind of cinnamon chocolate taste.

Ingredients
  • 2 Tbs Mesquite flour
  • 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup oat bran flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/3 cup Agave Nectar
  • 1/8 cup coconut oil - unrefined
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 apple cut
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/3 cup vanilla rice milk or reg milk

Directions
  1. Set oven at 350
  2. mix all three flours in a bowl with baking soda, salt, chopped walnuts
  3. mix in an bowl 2 eggs slightly beaten, vanilla, milk, coconut oil, agave nectar, apple
  4. mix both bowl ingredients together
  5. oil cup cake tray with coconut oil helps remove muffin from tray easier
