Spinach and Artichoke Casserole

- 2 10oz packages frozen chopped spinach shopping list
- 1 medium onion, chopped shopping list
- 4 tbsp butter shopping list
- 1 cup sour cream shopping list
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese shopping list
- 1 can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped shopping list
- 4 tbsp Italian bread crumbs shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Steam spinach slightly.
- Saute onion in butter.
- Mix all ingredients except for bread crumbs.
- Place in casserole dish, top with bread crumbs and bake for 30 minutes.
- *Can be prepped ahead and refrigerated until ready. Just make sure to add to the baking time.
