How to make it

  • Combine the first two ingredients and let them stand for five minutes.
  • Then, add the remaining ingredients and stir until smooth.
  • Fry as you would any other pancake.
  • Cover with maple syrup, or alternate topping as listed below.
  • NOTE:
  • confectioner's sugar, butter, corn syrup, jam or jelly can be used as toppers.
  • Garnish the dish with fresh orange slices and melon.
