Oven Roasted Corned Beef And Cabbage Recipe
This alternate method of creating corned beef and cabbage was an instant hit among friends and family.

Ingredients
  • 1 large corned beef brisket (FLAT CUT)
  • 1 head of cabbage, quartered
  • 6 - 8 large red potatoes OR 10 - 15 baby red potatoes
  • 3 cloves garlic, crushed & peeled
  • 1 small bag baby carrots (optional)

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. On a rack in roasting pan, place the brisket and add water to top of rack, covering tightly.
  3. After 1 hour, add vegtables, cover and bake until fork tender.
