Try using gingersnap cookies in your next baked beans recipe. It's really very good!!

Ingredients
  • 3/4 cup crushed gingersnaps
  • 2 tablespoons onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar or syrup
  • 2-4 strips bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
  • 2 cans (1 pound each)pork & beans or favorite kind of beans )
  • 1/4 cup catsup

Directions
  1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. Put in a 1-1/2 qt. greased baking casserole.
  3. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
