You could call this a dump receipe. Once it is completed acompany it with Beans, rice, Hominey. Don't forget the warm flour tortilla's. Very easy meal. Great the next day. Yummm

Ingredients
  • 2 to 3 chicken breast
  • 1 Large can of Cream of Chicken soup mix
  • Half of a yellow onion
  • 12 corn tortillas
  • 1 large can of green mild chili peppers
  • 2 cups of cheese, at least
  • 1/4 cup of milk

Directions
  1. pre-heat your oven to 350 degrees. Boil your chiken till it is cooked and while boilng the chicken dump your soup, your green chili peppers and 1 cup of cheese into a large bowl. Chop up your onion and put it in the bowl. Take and cut your corn tortilla's into 1 inch squares and add to the bowl. Mix all together. Depending on how thick everything is add your milk to thin it out but not too much. Pour into a 9 X 13 inch pan (it should be just a bit thicker then cake batter).
  2. Cover the top with the remaining cheese. Cover with alluminum foil and bake in the oven for 30 minutes. The last 5 minutes remove the foil to give it a browned look.
