How to make it

  • pre-heat your oven to 350 degrees. Boil your chiken till it is cooked and while boilng the chicken dump your soup, your green chili peppers and 1 cup of cheese into a large bowl. Chop up your onion and put it in the bowl. Take and cut your corn tortilla's into 1 inch squares and add to the bowl. Mix all together. Depending on how thick everything is add your milk to thin it out but not too much. Pour into a 9 X 13 inch pan (it should be just a bit thicker then cake batter).
  • Cover the top with the remaining cheese. Cover with alluminum foil and bake in the oven for 30 minutes. The last 5 minutes remove the foil to give it a browned look.
