Tuna Casserole Recipe

Ingredients

6-8 oz. noodles

6-8 oz. can tuna

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1 cup diced celery (I don't like celery, so I substitute this with green peas)

1/3 cup chopped onions (you can also add chopped green pepper, mushrooms, or anything else you want)

1/4 tsp. pepper

10-oz. can cream of celery soup

1/2 cup milk

6-8 oz. grated cheddar cheese

1 pkg. slivered almonds parmessan cheese

Directions

Cook and drain noodles.

Combine noodles, tuna, mayo, celery, onions and other veggies, if used, in big bowl.

Blend soup and milk and pepper in pan.

Add cheese and heat until cheese is melted. Add to other mixture.

Put in casserole dish and sprinkle with cheese (more cheddar and parmessan)

Top with slivered almonds.

Bake uncovered for 20 minutes at 425.
