Ingredients
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 cups whipping cream
  • 1/2 c. lemon juice (reconstituted Lemon Juice)
  • few drops yellow food coloring

Directions
  1. In med. bowl combine sugar and cream
  2. stir until dissolved
  3. stir in lemon juice and food coloring
  4. pour into 8 in pan or sherbert dishes
  5. Freeze 3 hours(until firm)
  6. remove from freezer 5 min.s before serving
  7. ENJOY!
