Creamy Lemon Sherbert

- 1 c. sugar shopping list
- 2 cups whipping cream shopping list
- 1/2 c. lemon juice (reconstituted lemon juice) shopping list
- few drops yellow food coloring shopping list
How to make it
- In med. bowl combine sugar and cream
- stir until dissolved
- stir in lemon juice and food coloring
- pour into 8 in pan or sherbert dishes
- Freeze 3 hours(until firm)
- remove from freezer 5 min.s before serving
- ENJOY!
