How to make it

  • Wash okra off.
  • Cut both ends of Okra off and discard.
  • Cut okra into 1/2 inch wheels and place in bowl.
  • In the same bowl after you finish cutting the okra add 1/4 cup of Olive Oil, Corn Meal, Salt, Pepper, Garlic Powder, and Flour.
  • Take and cut your red potatos in half and cut them jullian style and then turn and chop the strips.
  • Put into the bowl.
  • Put lid on bowl and shake well to coat everything.
  • Pour 1/4 cup of olive oil in to a skillet and pour everything in bowl into the skillet.
  • Cook on medium high heat like you would fried potatos for about 15 minutes.
Cut the Ends off of the Okra   Close
