Coffee Praline Puffs

- 1 package frozen puff pastry shells shopping list
- 2 teaspoons instant coffee powder or granules shopping list
- 1 teaspoon water shopping list
- 1 teaspoon sugar shopping list
- 1 cup heavy cream shopping list
- 1/2 cup chocolate covered English toffee crushed shopping list
- 1 ounce bar milk chocolate cut or shaved into curls shopping list
How to make it
- Bake and cool pastry shells according to package directions.
- Mix coffee and water until dissolved.
- In medium bowl mix coffee mixture, sugar and cream.
- Beat with electric mixer at high speed until stiff peaks form then fold in crushed candy.
- Divide mixture among pastry shells and top with chocolate curls.
- Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour.
