How to make it

  • Cut up one banana and put it in a freezer bag for several hours or overnight.
  • Put banana, vanilla, and milk in a blender.
  • Blend for 30 seconds or until smooth.
  • Pour into glasses, sprinkle on the cinnamon and drink away.
  • I drank both servings by myself once and after ahwile the taste was not the same so I recommend Spliting it into 2 servings.

    We make smoothies often. We do something very similar to this...then add fruit, concentrated fruit juice...You can do much with this!!! So good!
