Ingredients
  • Medium Size Banana
  • 1 tlbs. Vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cup milk
  • Ground Cinnamon (optional)

Directions
  1. Cut up one banana and put it in a freezer bag for several hours or overnight.
  2. Put banana, vanilla, and milk in a blender.
  3. Blend for 30 seconds or until smooth.
  4. Pour into glasses, sprinkle on the cinnamon and drink away.
  5. I drank both servings by myself once and after ahwile the taste was not the same so I recommend Spliting it into 2 servings.

We make smoothies often. We do something very similar to this...then add fruit, concentrated fruit juice...You can do much with this!!! So good!
