Mustard Chicken Variation 1

- 1 c chicken broth shopping list
- 1/2 c chopped onions shopping list
- 1/4 c + 2 tbsp dijon or spicy mustard shopping list
- 6 garlic cloves, minced shopping list
- 2 tsp worcestershire sauce shopping list
- 1/8 (or more) Tabasco shopping list
- 2 tbsp olive oil shopping list
- 3 1/2 lb chicken, cut into pieces (or equivalent in dark meat) shopping list
- 1 tsp herbes de provence or dried thyme shopping list
- chopped fresh parsley shopping list
How to make it
- Combine first six ingredients in a bowl.
- Heat olive oil in a deep fying pan or dutch oven. Sprinkle herbs. Fry chicken until golden.
- Add mustard mixture and bring to a boil. Simmer covered for 20 minutes.
- Remove chicken from pan. Boil the leftover liquid to a thick sauce.
- Serve chicken topped with sauce and garnish with parsley.
