How to make it

  • Combine first six ingredients in a bowl.
  • Heat olive oil in a deep fying pan or dutch oven. Sprinkle herbs. Fry chicken until golden.
  • Add mustard mixture and bring to a boil. Simmer covered for 20 minutes.
  • Remove chicken from pan. Boil the leftover liquid to a thick sauce.
  • Serve chicken topped with sauce and garnish with parsley.
