Westwood Salad

Fantastic salad everyone loves. Homemade dressing adds a nice touch. Great by itself.
Ingredients
- 4 chicken breast - cooked and diced into 1/2 inch cubes shopping list
- 1 cup diced pecans shopping list
- 1 cup dried cranberries shopping list
- 8 slices of cooked bacon crumbled...(can be turkey bacon) shopping list
- 1 small contanier of feta cheese shopping list
- (can subsitute 1 cup shreadded mozzerella cheese shopping list
- Two large bags of spring mix salad shopping list
- DRESSING shopping list
- 1/2 red onion - diced shopping list
- 1/2 red wine vinegar shopping list
- 2 cups canola oil shopping list
- 2 cups sugar shopping list
- 2 t salt shopping list
- 4 t dried mustard shopping list
How to make it
- Prepare salad ingredients large bowl.
- For the dressing, combine in blender until smooth.
- Pour dressing onto salad and mix well.
- This salad it to taste. If you want more chicken, add more etc.
- If you love feta cheese, add more..you get it now!
- Such a great tasting dressing! It's fancy....
