How to make it

  • Removes tops and insides from peppers. Dice red onion very fine, mix with cream cheese in food processor w/ salt and pepper
  • Wrap peppers with bacon, use half a slice per pepper. Lay on baking sheet with end of bacon facing down as so not to unravel. Broil 10 minutes or until bacon is crispy and peppers are soft. Use a piping bag to fill peppers with cream cheese mixture. Serve right away
