double delight p-nut butter cookie Recipe

How to make it

  • [1] in small bowl mix- chopped p-nuts,granulated sugar,cinnanamon. set aside
  • [2] in another bowl stir p-nut butter and powdered sugar until completey blended shape into 24 1 inch balls
  • [3] cut roll of cookie dough into 12 slices cut each slice in half, crosswise to make 24 peices. flatten slightly, shape 1 cookie dough peice around 1 p-nut butter ball- covering completely repeat
  • 24 times
  • [4] roll each covered ball in p-nut mixture. gently put mixture completly onto balls, on ungreased cookie sheet, place balls 2 inchs apart.
  • spray bottom of drinking glass with criscoo- orginal non stick spray.
  • press into remaining p-nut mixture.
  • flatten each ball to 1/2 inch thickness with bottum of glass.
  • sprinkle remaining p-nut mixture over tops of cookies
  • [5] bake 7 to 12 minutes/ or untill edges are brown cool 1 minute
