Chili Verde

- 2 large poblano peppers shopping list
- 1 lb ground pork shopping list
- 1 14oz can chicken broth (low sodium) shopping list
- 1 16oz jar Pace salsa verde shopping list
- 6 tomatillos shopping list
- 1 large onion shopping list
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic shopping list
- a dash of salt shopping list
How to make it
- cook the ground pork in a skillet
- dice onion, peppers and tomatillos
- add all ingredients to a stock pot
- cook covered on med-low until veggies are soft (1-2 hours)
- simmer uncovered on med-low to reduce (1-2 hours)
- you can substitute jalapenos or habeneros if you like it HOT! Also feel free to add cayenne powder to add some heat
