Ingredients
  • 2 large poblano peppers
  • 1 lb ground pork
  • 1 14oz can chicken broth (low sodium)
  • 1 16oz jar Pace salsa verde
  • 6 tomatillos
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • a dash of salt

Directions
  1. cook the ground pork in a skillet
  2. dice onion, peppers and tomatillos
  3. add all ingredients to a stock pot
  4. cook covered on med-low until veggies are soft (1-2 hours)
  5. simmer uncovered on med-low to reduce (1-2 hours)
  6. you can substitute jalapenos or habeneros if you like it HOT! Also feel free to add cayenne powder to add some heat
