How to make it

  • In a non-stick skillet sprayed with vegetable cooking spray, brown chicken breasts on both sides. When chicken is browned, add salsa and preserves to skillet. Cover and simmer over medium heat for 15 to 20 minutes.

    I make a similar recipe but with crushed pineapple instead of apricots, great sweet/spicy combo!
