Ingredients
  • 1 home made or store bought pizza crust
  • 2 C. shredded mexican blend cheese(cheddar/jack)
  • 1 C. red enchilada sauce (hot or mild)
  • 1C. diced cooked chicken
  • 2 TBS. mexican oregano
  • Any other toppings you like, onions, mushrooms, olives.

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 375
  2. Sauce pizza crust with enchilada sauce, spread evenly.
  3. Spread cheese evenly over sauce.
  4. Sprinkle with oregano
  5. Spread remaining ingredients evenly
  6. Bake on middle rack of oven until cheese is melted and crust is brown
