Pasta alla Carbonara

- 600 g Fetuccini shopping list
- 8 egg yolts (2 per person) shopping list
- 400 g dized smoked bacon shopping list
- crushed, chopped garlic (if you like it, a lot of it) shopping list
- grated fresh parmesan cheese shopping list
- olive oil shopping list
- black pepper shopping list
- salt shopping list
- 400 cc cream shopping list
How to make it
- Cook spaghetti in salted water (don't cook it too soft..al dente)
- While cooking spaghetti, fry the bacon and garlic
- When pasta is ready, dry it, add some olive oil and mix
- Mix the bacon, garlic, and some parmesan with the spaghetti and the cream
- Add some black peppar and depending on your taste, some salt
- Add the egg yolts, mix and serve immediately. (with some parmesan tossed on top)
