Ingredients
  • 600 g Fetuccini
  • 8 egg yolts (2 per person)
  • 400 g dized smoked bacon
  • crushed, chopped garlic (if you like it, a lot of it)
  • grated fresh parmesan cheese
  • olive oil
  • black pepper
  • salt
  • 400 cc cream

Directions
  1. Cook spaghetti in salted water (don't cook it too soft..al dente)
  2. While cooking spaghetti, fry the bacon and garlic
  3. When pasta is ready, dry it, add some olive oil and mix
  4. Mix the bacon, garlic, and some parmesan with the spaghetti and the cream
  5. Add some black peppar and depending on your taste, some salt
  6. Add the egg yolts, mix and serve immediately. (with some parmesan tossed on top)
