Ingredients
  • 1 premade light angelfood cake
  • 1 pkg blueberries
  • 1 pkg strawberries
  • 1 pkg black raspberries
  • 1 pkg red raspberries
  • 1 pkg sugarfree vanilla instant pudding
  • 1/2 c orange juice
  • 1 8 oz container cool whip lite

Directions
  1. slice angel food cake in two layers
  2. drizzle orange juice on bottom layer
  3. spoon 1/2 of the prepared vanilla pudding onto the layer of cake
  4. top with washed berries (some of each kind )
  5. spoon 1/2 of the cool whip on top of the berries
  6. plce second layer of cake on top
  7. repeat the steps reserving some of the berries to garnish
