Thai Chicken With Lime Curry

- BREAST OF chicken shopping list
- lime shopping list
- CORRIANDER (FRESH) shopping list
- JASMINE FLAVOR rice shopping list
- 1 X BAY LEAF shopping list
- salt & pepper shopping list
- I X TIN coconut cream shopping list
- fresh cream 1 large tub shopping list
How to make it
- Wash 4 chicken breasts
- rub with lime and slice finley into strips or dice into cube
- fry gently not browning at all or broil on a low heat
- add lime juice and peel for flavor and fresh corriander adding to taste
- save freshly chopped corriander to garnish last min before serving
- toss together untill tender
- remain simmering
- add cream and bay leaf
- remove bay leaf once chicken had absorbed flavors and is tender
- place jasmine rice on to boil
- simmer until tender ,drain and
- plate up rice first then toss reming chicken ladle onto rice on middle
- of dish add remaining freshly chopped corriander and enjoy!!!!
