How to make it

  • Wash 4 chicken breasts
  • rub with lime and slice finley into strips or dice into cube
  • fry gently not browning at all or broil on a low heat
  • add lime juice and peel for flavor and fresh corriander adding to taste
  • save freshly chopped corriander to garnish last min before serving
  • toss together untill tender
  • remain simmering
  • add cream and bay leaf
  • remove bay leaf once chicken had absorbed flavors and is tender
  • place jasmine rice on to boil
  • simmer until tender ,drain and
  • plate up rice first then toss reming chicken ladle onto rice on middle
  • of dish add remaining freshly chopped corriander and enjoy!!!!
