Chicken Puffs Basket

- 1 box Long Grain & wild rice Original Recipe shopping list
- 2 cups cubed cooked chicken shopping list
- 1/2 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup shopping list
- 1/3 cup chopped green onions shopping list
- 1/3 cup diced pimientos or diced red bell pepper shopping list
- 1/3 cup diced celery shopping list
- 1/3 cup chopped fresh parsley shopping list
- 1/3 cup chopped slivered almonds shopping list
- 1/4 cup milk shopping list
- 1 box frozen prepared puff pastry shells, thawed shopping list
How to make it
- Prepare rice according to package directions. When rice is done, add remaining ingredients (except pastry shells). Mix well. Reheat 1 minute. Fill pastry shells with rice mixture.
- Serve with a mixed green salad if desired.
- Tip: This recipe is a great way to use up leftover chicken.
