How to make it

  • Heat half the oil in a wok or large frying pan on high. Stir-fry beef in 2 batches for 1-2mins. until browned. Set aside.
  • Heat remaining oil in wok on high. Stir-fry onion and ginger for 1 min.
  • Add remaining vegetables and stir-fry for 2-3 mins. until tender.
  • Return meat to wok with combined sauces and peanuts. Stir-fry until heated through. Serve on noodles or rice.
  • **Add a little sesame oil for added flavour at the end of cooking.
