How to make it

  • put ham,and pepperoni
  • in a mixer mix till constancie of hamburgeer
  • add horseraddish mix
  • take out of mixer, form two balls with your hands.
  • place on wax or plasatic wrap. cover with another peice
  • smash with a plate, till about 1/2 inch thick.
  • place on the grill, or put in oven
  • when its done 3-4 minutes each side
  • place on the kaiser roll top with smoked gouda cheese
  • put your favorite condiments on it.
  • place the pickle spear next tu it enjoy
