Ingredients
  • 1 pound ham
  • 1 pound pepperoni
  • kaiser rolls
  • smoked gouda cheese
  • 2 tbl. horseradish
  • lettuce,tomatoe,dill pikle, bread an butter spears
  • mayo
  • use a mixer or processor

Directions
  1. put ham,and pepperoni
  2. in a mixer mix till constancie of hamburgeer
  3. add horseraddish mix
  4. take out of mixer, form two balls with your hands.
  5. place on wax or plasatic wrap. cover with another peice
  6. smash with a plate, till about 1/2 inch thick.
  7. place on the grill, or put in oven
  8. when its done 3-4 minutes each side
  9. place on the kaiser roll top with smoked gouda cheese
  10. put your favorite condiments on it.
  11. place the pickle spear next tu it enjoy
