Homemade Mayonaisse

- 1 egg, room temperature shopping list
- 1 teaspoon mustard shopping list
- 1 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1 tablespoon vinegar or lemon juice shopping list
- 1.25 cups oil shopping list
How to make it
- Put all recipes except oil in food processor or blender.
- Blend for 1 minute.
- Pour oil through hole in top of processor or blender in a steady stream until all is used and the mayonnaise is thickened.
