How to make it

  • Wash potatoes and cut into bite size peices.
  • Place in large dutch oven and cover with cold water.
  • Carefully place eggs on top of potatoes. Make sure water covers them. Bring to a boil then simmer for 15 minutes or until potatoes are fork tender.
  • Remove eggs,drain potatoes and rinse with cold water until cool enough to handle.
  • Peel eggs and chop finely. Set aside.
  • Transfer potatoes to a large mixing bowl
  • Add eggs,celery,onion,pickles,salt,pepper,and garlic powder. Toss gently to combine.
  • Mix mustard and mayonaise together and pour over potato mixture. Toss gently to coat.
  • Sprinkle paprika over the top. Do not stir.
  • Cover and refrigerate at least one hour before serving.
